As time and lore has evolved several of the Non-Player Characters have gained their own story and quirks which help create a more robust atmosphere. These NPCs can be interacted with for day to day purchases in un-manned spaces.

The Docks
Feather's Touch Brothel

The Ramblin' Rose
Name: Kizzie (Salila Wytchwood)
Race: Half Elf
Specialty: Reading - reaping? -the fortunes of hapless travelers and making some of the strongest potions around.
Quirk: She's afraid of the forest, I'm sure there's a reason why...
The Ramblin' Rose specializes as a magics shop and apothecary- needy travelers can buy health and boost potions here, along with having their fortune read, buy general goods, and pawn off unwanted belongings.
While the shop is owned by Kizzie, as she is away from the island, the shop is looking for someone to run it!
The King's Tavern

Specialty: Retired navy cook- makes the best fish and chips!
Quirk: Blessed with abnormally good luck, as if someone or something is constantly sending him blessings and good energy.
The tavern hosts many a fight-night, complete with gambling, dinner, and drinks. And probably some shady dealing.

Race: Human (though the rest are merfolk mostly)
Specialty: It's the best beachside concession stand, and they'll happily hold your junk. Don't leave it there too long though, cuz it might get sold as lost and found.
Quirk: Runs a market stall on market days selling that lost and found loot- it's always a gamble what you'll find.
Name: (NPC) Samuel "Ironside" Hawthorne
Race: Human
Specialty: Best ship builder in the kingdom. Is a savant with boats. Can tell ya the style, what its made of, where it was probably made, and what's happened to it.
Quirk: Plays the herdy gerdy and has to date never lost an arm wrestling contest.

Find the forge just outside of the Docks gates. Come here for all manner of custom weaponry, jewelry, horse shoes, etc.
