IC Leadership

All IC Leads (Guilds and Factions) are expected to:

Be available ON SIM at least 3 or 4 days a week, or about 15-20 hours a week. Leads are expected to be either actively roleplaying or available to RP for this time.
Have put in RP surrounding the role prior to earning the title (playing in the area, speaking with other characters, working up the ranks etc.)
Host events or activities related to their group.
Maintain regular activity and let staff know if not available for some time.
Welcome new players to the sim, be available to RP, and be helpful in the discord.
Put down a mailbox for a NC drop for when they are not available.

New factions may be made by:

Putting in the IC work to collect members for a cause.
Having at least 4 unique characters played by different players to join the group.
Planning a purpose for the group, a name, ideas for events, etc.

Note: It is expected that at least 2/3s of the required players for noble houses, or 3/4s for factions be active (on sim and engaging other players in RP at least 5-10 hours a week) in order to maintain official status.
