So You Wanna be a Lead

No matter if you want to be a guild lead, a faction lead, run a business, or manage a noble house, these positions have high responsibility weights. We expect certain amounts of time and energy put into all lead positions- from point of application onward. This means helping plan and run events, engaging new players, and simply being on sim and actively engaging RP. The following is a list of IC and OOC processes for each type of lead position. That being said, Rizali Staff keep an eye on all applicants activity, including time on sim, participation in events, activity in the discord server, and player engagement.

Tell Me More!

Guild Lead

OOC:
    -Put in an app here.

IC:
    -Join the guild in question.
    -Work your way up in ranks, if applicable.
    -Participate in or run at least two guild or related events.
    -Speak with Dinah and/or Draven in character- will issue a quest.
    -Complete quest. Quest may be anything related, such as item retrieval, speaking with another person, recruiting members, etc.

Faction Lead

OOC:
    -Put in an app here.

IC:
    -Develop a purpose.
    -Gather 4-5 unique characters belonging to different players interested in joining the faction.
    -Develop ranks, events, etc. (These are a required portion of the application.)
    -May, but are not required to, register the faction with the Magistrates Office if seeking a legal say in issues.

Business Owners

OOC:
    -Fill out an app in the landing zone.

IC:
    -Seek out Kizzie or her second in command/bank person (if there is one) IC to speak about intent. (Kizzie is available almost every evening, almost all weekend every weekend, and all day every other Wednesday.)
    -Kizzie will attempt to recruit character into Merchant’s Row, and request them come back with a business plan (fill out the app in the landing zone. If already filled out, basically ‘Oh I see we got your business plan already.’)
    -There will be a cost of buying (payable to the Merchants Row) of 1 gold.

Noble Houses

OOC:
    -Fill out an app in the landing zone.
    -All house members must have approved character apps.

IC:
    -Seek out Dinah and/or Draven IC.
    -All house members must obtain citizenship coins.
    -Will cost 1 gold collectively to declare. All players start with about 300 copper and may obtain a stipend off the bat, thus a house with 3 or more people can collectively pay the Declaration fee from the beginning.
